1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange a product under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is raised within **7 days** of delivery for perishable goods and **15 days** for non-perishable goods.
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
**Note:** Ayurvedic products once opened or used are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7-10 working days** after the product is inspected and approved for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product).
#### **B. Exchange**
- Products eligible for exchange will be replaced with the same or a similar product of equal value.
- Exchanges will be processed within **5 working days** after approval.
**C. Store Credit**
- Customers can opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Store credit will be issued within **5-6 working days** after return approval.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as per your preference.

- **Non-Returnable Items**: Customized products, gift cards, and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return.
- Ayur Active reserves the right to deny returns if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
